MDMC Members , Bikers, Friends and Supporters :

We like to thank all who turned up for the MAD DOG MC 5TH ANNIVERSARY POKER RUN.

Although the number of riders was smaller than past poker runs, the quality of riders was good.

The ride was safe and enjoyable on Sunday with extremely hot and humid weather which was unbearable at times.

Thanks to Mad Dog MC Members Brian Gillon for road captain duties once again.

After picking the first poker hand card, the Ride left Granville Square at 11:30 am heading out to New Territories area via Sai Kung where the second stop for cold drinks and picking the second poker card. Myself with 2 jacks at that time thought it was going to be my lucky day...not!!

After stopping for lunch at Luca's Restaurant in Tin Muen Area and picking our third card we headed for second last stop at Parking Lot at "Monkey Mountain"

After picking our second last card and being attacked by wild monkeys we headed for Wanchai and “Bull and Bear Pub” where cold drinks were welcomed and riders who finished the ride could pick their last Poker hand card.

Congratulations to winner for best poker hand "Geoff Giles" of E.T. Custom Cycles, who won with a full house. (Three kings and two three's) and second best Poker hand went out to Billy (???) who won close second with three kings.

Thank you CruiserHongKong Bike Club for supporting Mad Dog MC and coming out in numbers. We hope to see all of you at our Big Anniversary Party on September 19th at Bull and Bear Pub / WANCHAI at 8:00 PM start. Live music by "El Destroyo", Free Food, but you'll have to buy your own drinks of course. (Bike Parking available but if you are planning on consuming alcohol then I suggest you leave your Motorcycle at home!)
